You may check with local authorities to view different using possibilities of products you intend to purchase. Team Effect shall not be responsible for nonobservance of foreign country laws where the product is shipped. Only French courts will have the jurisdiction in case of any lawsuit.

Clause 4 : Product Availability
Sales of products occur while stocks last. If you attempt to place a product in your shopping cart that is no longer available from our inventory , you will notice that the requested item is not in stock. If your order is processed and inventory is out of stock, a Customer Service Representative will contact you either by email, phone or by the postal way.
Clause 5 : Price
The website www.team-effect.fr indicates prices in Euros. Team Effect is required to collect sales tax on total product and shipping and handling charges in the United states and Canada. Sales tax is notified when ordering selection of different products. Prices and availability of the products and services listed on the Site by Team Effect are subject to change without notice. However prices indicated at the time when order is accepted on the Site will be the price stated on invoice.

Clause 8 : Delivery
Available products are usually shipped within 2 days to European countries and up to 4 days for all other countries. Transport charges depend on the number of articles purchased andand the Country where the product is shipped. Our shipping company does not work during week ends and French official holidays. If you are away the day when your shipment is delivered, you will be contacted by the transport company to set another delivery date. Your receipt of an invoice will be included into your parcel when supplied. This invoice shall be retained as a guarantee.
Customers are responsable for all risks including damages or missing articles associated with the shipping of product on condition to write it down onto the delivery note when receiving the order and confirming it by certified mail to the shipping company within 3 days. Ordered products are liable for French sales tax. Any duties payable are the responsibility of Team Effect.
Clause 9 : Return Procedures
With the exception of materials which are damaged or defective when received or for all exchange size issues, all merchandise is no-returnable. In the case of damaged or defective materials, Team Effect should be notified immediately and we will promptly send a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product or the wrong size. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges must occur within 15 days from ship date. They can be made for the same item in a different size only for all articles on the condition that they are were not purchased on discount in the rubric "Special Offers". Please include the original invoice, purchaser name, address, and telephone number with original packing as well as a note letting us know why you're returning the product.

Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Shipping charges depend on the country where the shipment must be sent in return. Please contact us to enquire about shipping charges applicable for return according to your located country. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post for your return and keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
